Mentorship Information
We are high school students with hearing loss who experience and understand challenges that hearing loss presents and adjustments that need to be made to be successful in school and with friends. There was a lot that our family had to learn for us to successfully navigate the hearing loss journey, school and social life and we'd love to be able to help other kids like us succeed.
The purpose of our mentorship program is to empower younger children and help them build confidence, social skills, and sense of belonging through fun activities, such as reading, sports, arts in the environment in which they are most comfortable. Our mentorship program is local to CT.
If you are a parent or a hearing loss professional and would like to find out more about our mentorship program, please reach out to us by submitting the form below. We look forward to hearing from you!
Please note: We are not familiar with sign language and only offer information and mentorship to children whose families chose to follow the spoken language path (auditory/verbal).
